RN50 : La légende
The RN50 is much more than just a national road. During the 1980s, 1990s and early 2000s, this route, connecting the Tournai region with the French border, became one of the iconic areas of Belgian nightlife.
From At the Villa to La Bush, through L’H2O and Le Rêve d’O, this route witnessed the emergence and evolution of an exceptional concentration of nightclubs, DJs and venues that all contributed to the unique identity of the Belgian electronic music scene.
The documentary « RN50 : La légende », produced by Ahdoc Productions, takes us back to this era through numerous archive images and testimonies from people who experienced the adventure from the inside.
An immersion into an era that has now passed, when the clubs along the RN50 attracted thousands of enthusiasts from Belgium and France every weekend, and when Belgium held a special place in the history of electronic music.
